• We offer up to 400 chairs and 50 tables
• Food preparation area: ice maker, fridge, counter space and sink.
• 4 rectangular tables for your use.
• Spacious bathrooms
• 8 hour rental

In case of cancelation initial deposit will not be returned.

To obtain a refund for a cancelled event, written notice of cancellation must be received 30 days prior to scheduled event date for a full refund. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to the event date, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO RESCHEDULE TO A DIFFERENT DATE.
