What is Folklorico Dance?
Folklorico dance is traditional dances that reflect cultural traditions, beliefs, customs and lifestyles of a particular region. These dances are created to preserve history, culture and express the life and spirit of people through dance and music.
Our Program
Our dance program has been going strong for over a decade. The Ballet Folklorico has performed at countless venues throughout the years and throughout the Metro-Atlanta area. The group performs traditional dances from regions all over Mexico, as well as Central and South America. These traditional dances are performed by people of all ages, and have been crucial to our organization and it's growth.
Our Annual Theater Performance
Each year, we present a special theater performance to showcase the talent and dedication of our dancers. The proceeds from this event go directly toward purchasing new costumes and upgrading our existing ones, helping our performers shine even brighter on stage.
Our Volunteers and Partners
